I was right
The Storm Peping barely scratched MM.
People were just too paranoid. Before, they also had a very composed disposition to storms, but seeing one's TVs, Apple Macbook laptops and cars floating around, for some their babies and kids, I can't really "blame" them for being paranoid.
I had a similar tragic experience when I saw my father around 3 meters away, shot in the head in front of me. To this day, I'm f*cking paranoid whenever there's some suspicious character around with a gun.
The point is, whatever's happening now, it's a natural reaction. So, for those reading this blog, I know I'm evil, but if you want to make business, NOW is the best time. I encourage you to think of something that is profitable but at the same time HELPFUL for us as a nation to prevent disasters so that our happy lives before could be brought back. (inflatable salbabidas? anyone?)
ACTUALLY, yung point lang neto simple.
I went yesterday to Trinoma. 7pm pa lang sarado na mga shops. I'm so pissed. I hope next storm won't force stores to shut down due to panic. Read your pag-asa graph well pls.
The difference between those who panic and those who don't is... WE HAVE been reading the pag-asa graph even before Ondoy! hahaha. I've seen larger storms than Peping approach our country and they just passed through.
